ABOUT US - Donor Profile
The Heart of the Rockies Initiative was formed by Rocky Mountain land trusts to increase the pace of voluntary private land conservation in the Rocky Mountain corridor. The Initiative provides funding to the Wyoming Land Trust to support its conservation efforts in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem portion of Wyoming.
