Q: What is your favorite animal and why?
Dogs, because they're happy, loyal and hard-working.

Q: How long have you lived out West?
Since 2002.

Q: What’s your best tip for living in Wyoming?
Listen first, talk second and get involved in the community.

Q: Describe a project you are particularly proud of completing?
Our purchase of a conservation easement from the Murdock family because we followed through on our commitment even after losing 3/4's of the original project funding.

Q: What attracted you to a career in conservation?
The chance to help folks make a real difference in our community.

Q: What do you like best about your job?
Two things: The people I'm lucky enough to work with every day and the variety of opportunities we work toward
together.

Q: What outdoor activities do you enjoy?
Hunting, fishing, running and skiing.

Q: What is your favorite western movie and book?
Movie: Blazing Saddles; Book: The Teapot Dome Scandal: How Big Oil Bought the Harding White House and Tried
to Steal the Country

Q: In what community organizations or activities do you participate?
Sublette County Ski and Snowboard Club, St. Andrew's in the Pines Episcopal Church, Community Clean-Up Day, and the Pinedale Aquatic Center Men's Basketball League.

Q: Favorite quote?
Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit soft (Teddy Roosevelt).
